Refund & Cancellation Policy
Harmony Bliss Spa
At Harmony Bliss Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the terms under which payments for our services, packages, and gift vouchers may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded. By completing a booking or payment on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Bookings & Appointments
- All spa sessions are appointments reserved exclusively for you.
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund and free rescheduling.
- Cancellation 12–24 hours before: 50% refund and one free reschedule.
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before, or no-show: Non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility is calculated from the time we receive your request via phone or WhatsApp during working hours.
2. Prepaid Packages & Memberships
- Unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no session from the package has been used.
- Once one or more sessions are used, the package becomes non-refundable; remaining sessions stay valid until the expiry date.
- Memberships are non-refundable once activated but may be paused or transferred at management's discretion.
3. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Valid for the period printed on them and usable toward any service of equal or greater value.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
4. Retail & Skincare Products
- Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective or damaged products will be replaced or fully refunded once verified.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted where applicable.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed services already delivered.
- No-shows or late arrivals that reduce session time.
- Promotional, discounted, or final-sale items marked non-refundable.
7. Exceptions & Force Majeure
If we cancel or cannot deliver a booked service due to circumstances on our side (therapist unavailability or facility closure), you will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduled appointment.
Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical or emergency situations.
